Built on a single conviction

In 2022, Professor Norris Wilson set out to give the investors who followed him a better place to learn and exchange ideas. He founded Norris Transocean Capital together with close friends from Wall Street. Over five years the circle has kept growing, and its management has matured into something disciplined and institutional.

Led by Professor Norris Wilson

Professor Norris Wilson leads Norris Transocean Capital. He earned a Master's in Finance from Princeton University, focused on microeconomics, macroeconomics, financial markets and asset pricing, then completed a PhD in Financial Engineering at the Autonomous University of Madrid — studying equity markets, fixed income, portfolio management and market efficiency, and graduating with the Outstanding Academic Achievement award.

He began his career as a financial analyst at a leading Spanish bank, covering equity and economic trends, portfolio optimization, and company valuation across European markets — quickly earning a reputation for sharp market insight. He later joined one of Spain's largest hedge funds as a portfolio manager, running equity-centric portfolios that delivered over 20% average annual returns for five consecutive years, well ahead of the market.

Earlier he worked on the investment-management teams at Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley, focused on equity research, asset allocation and portfolio management, and on bringing fintech, AI and diversified trading to investing. In 2022 he founded Norris Transocean Capital to pursue investment management and to build a private learning community for his followers — teaching Equity Market Analysis and Investment Strategy, Quantitative Trading & Risk Management, and leading members on diversified trading mandates each year.

2027 — toward an international private fund

Our goal is to launch, in early 2027, an international private fund owned by the club itself, with all formal members onboard. For five years the club and its members have worked toward exactly this: a private-fund launch carries strict requirements on core-member count, knowledge reserves, aggregate trading capital and monthly returns — so we have spent these years planning and executing, leading members steadily forward.

Today we run 3–5 sessions a week on stock-selection technique and investment philosophy, with quality strategies every day; nightly technical lectures share knowledge and skill, and we bring in industry experts and seasoned investors. We aim to hit this milestone in early 2027 — so every member can take part in the private fund, secure an original equity allocation, and receive stable, remarkable monthly distributions, on the road to financial freedom.
